The Rays have made their first call-ups of the month, calling-up four players from triple-A, and more are expected to come as the month goes on. Being called up to the majors as of the first of the month are:
- Scott Dohmann (RHP)
- Gary Glover (RHP)
- Kurt Birkins (LHP)
- Willy Aybar (3B)
