July in Review

July has been a very busy month, with all the trades taking place, and the All-Star break, and it affected the Rays, putting up their first losing month of the season, going 11-14, ending the month with an overall record of 65-43, two and a half games back of the first place Yankees in the American League East, who also have the best record in the majors, but the Rays are still currently in the front running for the wild card, five games up on the Boston Red Sox.
